Friendly helpful when first contacted. The journey from Kent to the Scottish Highlands took a long time and when they realised it would be very late evening they decided to delay arrival at their destination until the next day so as to not disturb the neighbours. Everything put carefully in place in the rooms in the new house. Nothing damaged. All good.
