The only reason I have not rated the service ten, is the cost. It seems their prices are ok, but to me it could still have been more reasonable, despite a small negotiation, for which I was thankful! My job was London to Lancashire, but I wouldn't describe my things as a whole house move. No sofas! One wardrobe, no washing machine. However the service was a good standard! The job was carried out with short notice, great pleasantness from everyone and I am grateful! Any van inform you with tracking and contact. The job was delivered in record time and I was contacted immediately by their backup service who provide utilities advice and help, which in my case wasn't really necessary, but was appreciated! The moving team couldn't have been more thoughtful or decisive. They were also personable and efficient.
Very good but encourage the men to have bags to cover their shoes please.
