Driver amazing

The movers were brilliant. They really took care of everything and are exceptionally professional. Not a single item damaged or broken. Generally in my previous moves there are always broken glass or other items. They definitely went above and beyond

Stefan and Alex were fantastic. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient. Really lovely to chat to and made the move completely stress free.

I called your company with an enquiry, but was asked to provide an inventory over the phone on the spot, consequently I was unable to fully consider what I would be shipping. As a result, on the transfer day I incurred an additional fee of 300 pounds! As I was already invested in the move I had no option to seek alternatives, or fully inventory my belongings. Maybe you should consider a call back system, where you allow the customer to spend the time to review their requirements before the quote is issued? It is a bit unfair to charge additional fees when you are already fully invested, and likely unable to change your plans to another provider at zero notice. Having said that, no issues with the actual removal team, who were exemplary!

This is my first time using your company, I had a very satisfying experience. Miroh and Marius have done a fantastic job, hard-working guys, very skilful and patient.
