Alex and Marian were brilliant arrived early nothing was too much trouble friendly and absolute professionals I would thoroughly recommend using this service although they had to do two trips in the end as there was a miscalculation as to the size of van needed which I didn’t want but it turned out well as they were able to bring more of our items than originally intended, for a reasonable extra charge.
We had a great experience with Anyvan. The Customer Service team was very helpful at all times, even when we had to reschedule a few times. The delivery team was fantastic. Very punctual, friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job ensuring that we were move out promptly and delivering our things in a timely manner. everything went to plan the two men were friendly and polite. nothing was broken and they put the furniture where we asked them to. very efficient and quick. thank you.
Movers were great. 10/10. Issue with office. Told them they would need 3.5 ton. Said it would be that or long wheel base. If long wheel base was required then two trips would be okay. They sent a ping wheel base and was informed by driver that there would be an additional charge for the second trip. Not a problem but would have like to have been told over the phone. Office 7/10 drivers 10/10
