All great. I just require £60.00 refund for 2 wardrobes I ordered & paid for which were not supplied. Driver phoned me the day before the move & said they were considered a bit old- fashioned & not really neccessary. I hope to hear from yourselves soon.

Everything went very smoothly, the two removal men were very pleasant, very efficient and kept in communication from start to end, just a shame there was some damage done to my fridge freezer, but I realise that these things do happen. Have put in a small claim for the cost of repairs which I hope will be forthcoming.
Speedy clean good listening efficient and very neat packing
Quick and careful loading and unloading the van. Very helpful with taking items through tight spaces (even removed a door that was very narrow) but always showing a very high degree of care and thoughtfulness. Always helpful. Very courteous and pleasant. I would thoroughly recommend these two gentlemen. Please pass on my thanks to them.

Too many emails. I requested details to be amended but the order wasn't changed and the driver had incorrect information. Got a bit confusing with so many different people handling the booking and payment, my account debited full amount despite having already paid half the cost AND having agreed to wait until this Monday for final payment from Surrey council.
