We had a few issues with our experience. They refused to move 3 glass cabinets as per their policy which is fine but we have still been charged for this service. Also we needed to empty one of the toy boxes which is pointless. And the worst of all is the rip in our new kitchen flooring. Yes they have said they will pay the cost of repairing this but it is the inconvenience etc to us. We have to have our flooring guy invoice them. It’s all time consuming also as we work and need to fit our flooring guy round our lives. We never moved two of our wardrobes either which was our choice but if we did they didn’t have a big enough van. Feel this could’ve went smoother.

As a next/day service I was very happy with the process. They communicated well and arrived the minute they said they would. Another company refused the job as van access was a little tricky, but they didn’t mention it and got on with the job professionally. 10/10

Isaac and his team were phenomenal. I am actually quite upset with AnyVan, as they had grossly underestimated the volume of our belongings based off of our inventory, even with us disassembling all of our largest items (which I was told by AnyVan that I would not have to do). This meant that Isaac was dispatched with too small of a vehicle to accommodate our belongings in one load, which turned it into a full-day experience with two loads. I was quite upset to realize that AnyVan failed not only us, but Isaac, as it seemed that AnyVan would not concede their mistake and foisted the problem off to Isaac and myself, and chose not to pay him for that second load. Despite this treatment by the AnyVan team, Isaac and crew were incredibly accommodating, patient, and cheerful. They went above and beyond what anyone would’ve expected them to do in this situation. I would like to make it very clear that my ratings are specifically reflective of Isaac and his team, not AnyVan. I will not be utilizing AnyVan in the future. I will not tolerate using a company that is this ineffective with its estimation and therefore ability to complete the job as intended, nor will I tolerate the way AnyVan treats their drivers. As AnyVan would not pay Isaac for the second load (of INVENTORIED items that I PAID to have moved), I paid Isaac directly for that second load because I don’t believe in not paying workers for their labor. As AnyVan only facilitated the first load, and therefore only half of the items I paid to have moved, AnyVan did not complete their contracted service, and I will be demanding at minimum a refund of half of what I paid. I expect to be contacted in the first half of this week, otherwise I will be calling you directly until this is rectified.
