Very professional crew. We did have a misunderstanding about the size of a bookcase upstairs and whether it should be dismantled and how. This was resolved after a sensible chat. Also, we had a box for the 70' TV, but they would not put the TV in it for insurance reasons. I had to do that myself. Fortunately I had a colleague to help, but it would have been useful to know that in advance to avoid packing it in a time constraint. Otherwise a great service. Thank you.
