Brilliant experience. Initial call with customer service team (Andrew) was really smooth, price was good and then on the day itself Sorin and his team were brilliant. The pace at which they managed to do our whole move was amazing, what we thought would take 5-6 hours only took them 2-3! We also had some really difficult sofas etc to fit in and rather than just give up and leave it they helped remove legs etc to make sure the job was finished. Amazing job all round, thanks

It was fantastic! The team were very efficient and got everything done quickly. They were friendly yet polite and respectful. I gave only four stars for care of goods as I have a lot of white furniture and it got a few scratches, which I suppose is to be expected in transit in the van. Also well done to the admin staff keeping everything so well organized and communicated. I loved the biscuit and tea bag, thank you. Excellent all round. Have already recommended you to a friend
