The success of the whole experience came down to the very professional driver (Mohammed) and his two colleagues, all though they had a very long day and against most odds, they managed to deliver the kitchen to us with a positive reception, well done to them, AnyVan did call during the process but seemed less informed and up to date than the tracking system or driver, all in all a good experience as goods arrived in tact, thanks Sarah & Matt U, Hungerford, Berks.

I did have some issues with the way I had packed and sorted items (I have arthritis) but Cristian was extremely practical. He very quickly recognised my issues and sorted out the problem to my satisfaction. Very pleased with his handwork and dedication.
