Mark & Rob, the guys who moved us, really pulled out the stops to get us moved. I cannot recommend them more. They were brilliant. What you have to remember is that Mark & Rob subcontract for Anyvan. We paid for a Premium service, however the instructions on their website are vague. If you need the packaging service you need to click on the box to say you need boxes. Then you have to guesstimate how many you might need. This wasn't clear when I completed it. When Mark & Rob arrived they were not made aware I required a packaging service. Apparently this happens regularly and I am not the only one who has been confused. Anyvan urgently need to make this clearer The 10 out of 10 was for Mark & Rob. I wouldn't recommend Anyvan at all
