Only problem we had was with the job being automatically cancelled even though I had to authorise it on my banking app and then got confirmation from you that the job was all booked. Had to use your online assistant Cleon on Sunday to sort that out for us- he was brilliant and rebooted it for us. The guys today were fantastic. No fuss, no damage couldn't have been more helpful.
