Have to admit I was a bit sceptical at first as the price quoted was so much cheaper than three others we had, but I can not fault this company, the loaders and unloaded. Exceptional service, customer care, and communication. I knew exactly where my driver was and he arrived to collect and deliver EXACTLY at the time specified. Very quick service.

They turned up early and was extremely quick in turning the house around from full to empty. They both kept me informed of what they was doing and asked questions on certain items which they wasn’t sure if should be removed or not. I would definately recommend to friends and family

I didn't know that I had to specify that some of the large items needed to go upstairs at the destination house. This came as a surprise to the drivers who did it anyhow, much to their credit.

The van crew were super helpful and careful Turned up at 9:40 which was between 9am and 10am The only reason I didn’t give a 10 was because you are meant to itemise all the furniture you have and mine was in storage for some time so couldn’t remember everything They told me that they could only take what is recorded So this caused a bit of stress with the size of the van required The crew were very helpful and got every thing in with a few millimetres to spare So on the whole 9/10

The team who assisted us with our move were excellent. They arrived on time, kept us up to date with progress and were friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I couldn't praise their professional attitude enough. I would definitely use these guys again.
