Guys were great. Punctual, respectful, friendly, helpful. Minor damage to a piece of furniture was admitted to straight away which was refreshing. Comms all the way through were great.

Fantastic experience. Only minor feedback is it took a few times to ensure rooms were empty when packing up. In terms of booking, it could have been clearer the size of appliances and garden furniture, and my booking said 15 large and medium boxes, the drivers said 10 so he was a bit unprepared for the amount of stuff we had. System error not his error.

Honestly, Don and Royal were brilliant, from start to finish. Very polite and respectful, they worked hard from start to finish, were patient as well, with letting me direct what needed to be moved and then where things needed to go at the new property. I’ve had removal before where that is not the case Definitely would use them again - well done guys!!!
