The gents were kind, patient and did a great job. They took great care of our things and worked really hard. They were on time and did a great job unloading at the other end. We were really impressed by them!

Both of these guys were great in every way and made me feel completely at ease ~ contacting me with plenty of time before arrival and keeping a relaxed manner on what would have been a stressful day for me, getting anything and everything done exactly as I wanted it. It meant a lot and I’m very thankful!

Service was really easy to book and I appreciate the suggestions of number of boxed as it can be quite difficult to gage how many would be needed. Removals were a bit late but they called to let me know in advance which is fair. The only annoying thing was that the person in charge wanted to charge me for an extra set of stairs going up to the flat. When I requested a quoted I put in I was moving to a 2nd floor flat and did not tick the ‘Lift available’ check box. This means there’s no lifts available therefore you should expect stairs all the way up to the 2nd floor. If you required more details in respect of the stairs as this appears to affect the quote then I believe this should be done before the quote is provided so I can pay a fair price through the system for them going up the stairs. I asked him if I had ticked the ‘lift available’ box, if that would be flagged to him to which he replied that it would so I don’t understand the question. I would also bear in mind people (like me) may be on a budget and will not appreciate being asked for extra money when you’ve already paid and just want things to go smoothly.

The team were fabulous. Friendly, hardworking, efficient and handled our belongings with expertise and care. Went the extra mile when dealing with large heavy items in small spaces. They knew what they were doing and did it willingly. Lovely people too!

Zahid and his team arrived earlier the time was given which is great when your moving from Leeds to the Kent coast. They were extremely polite, looked after my furniture. They got my furniture to its destination and put everything where I wanted it put. They worked extremely hard as it was very long day for them in the end. Very professional team. Would highly recommend you to family and friends. Thanks again Zahid and team you made the move stress free for me.
