Trying to get hold of somebody to talk to was really really difficult. Transferred and put on hold for 30 mins, called back and again transferred and put on hold. Emailed Sam to request a call back, told to call customer care. Called again 3rd time and requested not to be put to be transferred, advised there was no option. Eventually got to speak to (Will/Wilf) who was very helpful in assisting with our dilemma. Unbelievably frustrating not being able to speak to somebody in what is already a stressful time. The actual removal men were amazing and worked so hard to get us moved in, not finishing until 10:00pm. Customer Service definitely needs a revamp as is letting the removal service down. Totally not acceptable to be on hold for 30 mins each time
