The driver and his mate were absolutely brilliant. Friendly and very considerate about keeping carpets clean especially as it was raining. They went above and beyond our expectations. All our furniture arrived safely and once again incredibly considerate at our new house. They wished us well before leaving. OUTSTANDING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Communication with the driver and the office team was excellent. Most importantly, the driver was highly professional, had a pleasant demeanor, and a great sense of humor. He handled every load with care.

The driver and his colleague were very good they offered 1st class service they were patient and didn’t get stressed when my sofas wouldn’t go through the door instead they figured it out with patience and understanding they were brilliant well done both of you.

A few of the items I mentioned on the phone call weren’t included in the inventory. I ended up having to pay extra. Very friendly and helpful driver.

I was really upset with the call centre staff. They were rude and obstructive with the advice on the phone so I was very unsure about what would happen to my belongings when the removal team arrived. Had a sleepless night because of the call handler’s comments. However, the removal men were absolutely fantastic. Very polite, courteous and incredibly hard working. They were simply fantastic. Because of them I would recommend AnyVan again but if you were to ask me if I would recommend based on your call centre staff. I definitely would not. This delivery team have been simply wonderful I can not thank them enough.

Rob and Leon were the complete dream team as a moving crew. Professional, friendly and helpful. Managed to navigate awkward furniture around tight corners etc. Unflustered when things went wrong. As customers we felt really comfortable with them, in contrast to our experience with other movers. Would specifically ask for them again if we to move again in the Hull area. Xx
